# Privacy at AutoSpark

## What is collected

Visiting autospark.ai involves analytics. Pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser type are recorded through Google Analytics so that it is possible to tell which writing is read and which is not. This is aggregate reporting, and it is not used to build a profile of a named individual.

Submitting a form, requesting a report, or subscribing to updates means providing an email address and whatever else that form asks for. That information is used to reply and to send what was requested. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone for their own marketing.


## Third parties involved

- Google Analytics, for aggregate traffic and page reporting.
- Supabase, which hosts the database and the functions behind forms and content.
- Vercel, which serves this website.
- A scheduling tool, used only if you choose to book a call.

## Client work

Information shared during an engagement, including interview recordings, notes and operational data, is treated as confidential to that client. It is used to do the work and for no other purpose. It is not used as an example, in marketing, or as training data without written permission, and where a client requires a signed confidentiality agreement, that agreement governs.


## Removing your data

Email hello@autospark.ai to ask what is held, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Requests are actioned rather than routed into a process, and a reply confirming what was done follows. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes the address rather than suppressing it.


## Cookies

Cookies set by this site are used for analytics and for remembering interface preferences. Blocking them in your browser does not prevent you from reading anything here. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by autospark.ai.
